I’m Matt and I’m a licensed contractor(bonded/insured) and I do home repair and remodeling work in the greater San Diego area. I do most all residential home repairs as well as complete remodel jobs such as bathrooms and kitchens.  So if you are looking for a professional who has a wide skill set coupled with an attention to detail, than I am who you are looking for.  

Rarely do I subcontractor out work other than when it makes sense, so you will always be dealing directly with me.  Personally handling most aspects of projects always leads to a much higher quality product and happier clients.

Quick Bio

I derailed my career in the trades by first going and getting a BS degree in Aviation management before soon realizing that I would make a terrible pilot.  So to be a hero and save lives I pivoted to doing custom woodworking/furniture building. Then around 2014 I went crazy and decided to tear down my house and built a new super efficient house in its place.  Me being me, I had to do everything from drafting the blueprints  up to and including performing about 90% of all the work myself.  Prior to this I had a general understanding of construction principles but building an entire house gave top to bottom gave me a PHD level of understanding on how homes are put together and the details that matter when it comes to durability.   After finishing my house I’ve been in the trades full time doing  everything from simple fixes to larger remodeling work.
